Amy Chambers is an Executive Coach, Life Coach, Leadership Consultant, and Motivational Speaker with over 21 years of experience in the financial services industry and 15 years of leadership experience.

She’s the author of two #1 bestselling Amazon books. Amy’s first book, “7 V.I.R.T.U.E.S. of Exceptional Leaders” was released in February of 2023. Her second book, “6 H.A.B.I.T.S. of Powerful People” was released in January of 2024. She’s currently working on her third book. 

Before starting her own coaching and consulting practice, Amy was the Chief Operating Officer of SkyOne Federal Credit Union, which is now a billion dollar institution. By the time she was 28, she was managing 260 people for a large commercial bank and held numerous District Manager and Regional Director roles, before becoming a COO. During her years as COO, her organization grew at a rate of nearly 20% annually. Throughout her career, she’s led over 500 people to success. Since started her practice in late 2021, nearly two dozen organizations and/or individuals have hired her as a coach or consultant. 

Amy holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame, where she double-majored in Political Science and Philosophy, and an MBA from USC where she concentrated on Marketing and General Management.

She currently serves on numerous community boards. Amy is the Vice President of her run club, AREC. She’s also the VP of Administration for the Notre Dame Alumni Club of Los Angeles. Additionally, Amy serves as Chair of the Special Events Committee for the Downtown Long Beach Alliance.

After losing her most beloved uncle to ALS in 2015 and going through a traumatic breakup that same year, Amy made a decision to transform her mindset and put hundreds of hours into studying the principles of mindset, satisfaction, happiness, and fulfillment. She worked to overcome fear, take control of her destiny, and pursue goals she had dreamt of- but never quite made reality. 

In her personal time, Amy is an avid runner. In the last decade, Amy has ran over 230 half-marathons, 12 full marathons, and hundreds of other races, totaling more than 13,000 miles. She’s also become an avid skier- something she was once deathly afraid to do. Amy is a long-time cyclist, rollerblader, tennis player, and photographer. Some of her favorite accomplishments include a gallery opening she hosted for her photography in 2010 and biking a few 100-mile centuries.

Amy is originally from Buffalo, New York but currently resides in Long Beach, CA with her boyfriend of 8 years, David.
