Broke a habit?
Struggling to restart?

Here’s what you’re doing that’s NOT helpful:

🛑 Getting down on yourself for falling off in the first place.
🛑 Feeling frustrated that you had a failure.
🛑 Beating yourself up for your mistakes.
🛑 Wondering why it’s so hard for YOU, in particular.
🛑 Thinking you should’ve been better (or perfect).

We’re NOT perfect. We weren’t created to be perfect. So we’re GOING to fall off, make mistakes, and have failure. That’s NORMAL.

When you delay (or don’t) get back on the wagon as soon as you can, it only becomes MUCH harder to EVER restart.

Stop the negative self-talk. It’s SO not helpful and you deserve SO much more in how you speak to yourself.
