Amy Chambers is an Executive Coach, Life Coach, Leadership Consultant, and Motivational Speaker with over 21 years of experience in the financial services industry and 15 years of leadership experience.
She’s the author of two bestselling books. Her first book “7 V.I.R.T.U.E.S. of Exceptional Leaders: Becoming a Legendary Leader Who Transforms Teams” was released in 2023. Before starting her own coaching and consulting practice, Amy was the Chief Operating Officer of SkyOne Federal Credit Union; now a billion-dollar institution. Prior, Amy held numerous District Manager and Regional Director roles. At 28, she was leading 260 people for Bank of America. In her 20 years as a leader and coach, she’s led over 500 people to success. Since started her practice in late 2021, dozens of organizations and/or individuals have hired her to coach, consult, and/or teach. Amy’s clients consider her a “leadership expert”.
Amy holds an undergraduate degree (2004) from the University of Notre Dame, where she double-majored in Political Science and Philosophy, and an MBA from USC (2010) where she concentrated on Marketing and General Management.
Amy is involved in her community. She’s the Vice President of her run club, A Running Experience Club, and the Treasurer for the Downtown Long Beach Alliance. She’s recently served as the VP of Administration for the Notre Dame Alumni Club of Los Angeles.
After going through a devastating breakup, Amy spent more than a decade immersing herself in the study of mindset, happiness, success, and childhood trauma. She’s since helped dozens of clients recover from abuse, overcome fear and doubt, and create the lives they want.
In her personal time, Amy is an avid runner. In the last decade, Amy has ran 260 half-marathons, 12 full marathons, and hundreds of other races, totaling 15,000 miles. She’s also become an avid skier- something she was once deathly afraid to do. Amy is a long-time cyclist, rollerblader, tennis player, and photographer. Some of her favorite accomplishments include a gallery opening she hosted for her photography in 2010 and cycling a few 100-mile centuries.
Amy is originally from Buffalo, New York but currently resides in Long Beach, CA with her boyfriend of 9 years, David.
