Don’t make goals for the new year until you do this one thing FIRST.

I wouldn’t make another new year’s resolution or set another 2024 goal without doing this FIRST.

Better yet, if you lead OTHERS, I’d strongly encourage you to do this with THEM, too. You’ll be amazed how joyous, happy, and proud it helps everyone feel.

And those feelings help INSPIRE and MOTIVATE us as we restart and reset in the new year. So don’t NOT do this.
